Screen printing allows for solid images and vibrant colours, best shown through solid colour. However tone work, up to 85 line is possible and text down down to 4pt sans serif. This print process is the most cost effective for small run and relatively simple designs. Screen Process Print

Advances in screen print and ink technology now allow for 4 colour process work to be produced on polypropylene using screens reaching 120 lines. As can be seen from the image below, this allows for photographic representation to be achieved, and gives an extremely affordable option to the otherwise costly litho printing on smaller quantities up to 1500 or 2000 pieces. The litho print process gives the ultimate in print image quality. Generally printing 4 colour process, high quality photographic and complicated designs can be achieved. The only disadvantage is that a sizable quantity is required to make this a cost effective option due to the highly automated nature of the process. Foil Blocking
