Our estimates are subject to our general trading conditions, contained on the reverse of our letterheads, and available to view on our website at www.ambro.co.uk This fact sheet contains some excerpts from these conditions, together with other relevant and useful information.

1. Carriage: Prices are inclusive of next day delivery in one drop to mainland UK for all orders.

2. Small Order Charge: There will be a small order surcharge of £15.00 for orders with a net value up to £100.00

3. Overs and unders: with bespoke products it is difficult to produce exact quantities. We therefore reserve the right to over or under produce by up to 10 % and invoice accordingly. We will produce EXACT ONLY quantities if this request is made at the time of the enquiry, and is stated on the Purchase Order.

4. Screen printing: prices will vary considerably depending on ink coverage. Our standard prices include up to 20% ink coverage per colour. Let us know if your ink coverage is in excess of this to ensure we are quoting accordingly. Sight of actual artwork is always preferred if possible.

5. Printed content to be used in conjunction with polypropylene products: It is essential that mineral/solvent free inks are used if litho printed paper is used together with polypropylene. Failure to do this, could lead to polypropylene curling.

6. General artwork requirements for screen-printing: we can accept artwork in the following formats: Illustrator CS2, EPS, Quark Express7.0, Freehand MX v11, In Design CS2, and Photoshop CS2. 7. Artwork charges: The first thirty minutes of artwork time are included in the print price. We charge £50.00 per hour after that and will advise accordingly before any such charges are incurred.

8. Call-off orders: All products will be invoiced in full on completion of manufacture. With call-off or multiple deliveries the first delivery will be free of charge and subsequent deliveries will be charged at cost. Storage of goods will be free of charge for the first three months, thereafter storage charges will apply.

9. Pre-Production Samples: With orders involving new tools we will send you a pre-production samples for your approval. For your safeguard we will not proceed with production until we receive approval

10. Punched holes and Apertures: we may not clear punched holes or apertures in polypropylene products, as these are easily cleared once in use. Please let us know if you have to have these cleared at the time of the enquiry.
